It isn't always a good idea to buy at the cheapest price as some domain registrars aren't reliable or have been known to enage in sneaky practices in the past. Some will add a number of hidden costs for items that other registrars provide for free.

Finding a domain with good SEO
Whilst you should always choose the domain name that you want for your site or service (unless it is already taken) there is another option.
Using https://www.expireddomains.net/ you can find domains that have either were dropped (people didn't renew) or have expired (pending delete) and are available for backorder.
A lot of these domains may come with a good SEO ranking and this is the benefit of having one of these domains. Provided the domain name works for your site or service it could be a head start in getting your offer seen by others and find its way higher up in search engine rankings.
